Late Cancellation Policy

At Brite Maid Cleaning Services, we pride ourselves on retaining top-quality cleaning professionals. To do this, we need to ensure our teams have a consistent workload. Late cancellations present a significant challenge to this goal.

We understand that life is unpredictable. Illnesses and family emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and we’re always sympathetic to these situations. However, to maintain our high standards of service, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to apply a $70 cancellation fee. This fee may also apply in situations where we’re unable to complete the scheduled service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Inability to access the property
  • Payment issues
  • Lack of essential utilities (water, electricity)

In these cases, we’ll always attempt to find an alternative solution. However, if we can’t resolve the issue or reach the homeowner for assistance, we may need to charge the cancellation fee.
